Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 The Samsung QLED and UHD Online Pre-Order Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (629186D) (“Samsung”). The terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on this site will be construed as the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of this Promotion on which Samsung offers you (“Customer”) access to and use of this site for the purposes of this Promotion.
1.2 Customer agrees to comply with all the above when accessing or using this site. The scope of these Terms and Conditions is limited to SAMSUNG’s role of hosting this site and organising this Promotion only.
1.3 By participating in this Promotion, customer must register interest to purchase either one of the following TVs:
A) SAMSUNG QLED CURVED TV QA65Q8CAMKXXM (RRP: RM22,999) through the online portal at Samsung.com, Lazada, Senheng, SenQ and 11street during the Promotion Period (10.00am to 11:59pm 27th Apr 2017) to be entitled to select within Free options of either Gravity Stand (worth RM2,999) or Studio Stand (worth RM2,999) or Curved Soundbar Sound + (worth RM2,499), and free Samsung Galaxy S8 (worth RM3,299). Customer must retain Pre-Order confirmation email as proof of order.

B) SAMSUNG 65” UHD TV UA65MU6100KXXM (RRP: RM7,299) through the online portal at Samsung.com, Lazada, Senheng, SenQ and 11street during the Promotion Period (10.00am to 11.59pm 27th Apr 2017) to be entitled to one free Samsung Galaxy S8 (worth RM3,299). Customer must retain Pre-Order confirmation email as proof of order.
1.4 For Samsung.com, full payment must be made by customer between 28th April and 11th May 2017 (during the operation hours of the selected outlet) at customer’s selected Samsung Brand Shop outlet as mentioned on the online portal.
2. Duration
The SAMSUNG QLED & UHD TV Online Pre-Order Promotion will run on 10.00am to 11.59pm on 27th Apr 2017 (“Promotion Period”). SAMSUNG reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion period without prior notice. Promotion is based on first-come-first-serve basis, promotion valid while promotional stocks last.
